Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead wholesale staff and manage overall operational, budgetary and financial responsibilities
- To manage, develop, and serve existing accounts and identify, establish and convert new account opportunities for the business.
- Analyse performances for all relevant accounts and monitor competitor activities and market trends to find new opportunities.
- Ensure standard procedures are in place for effective and efficient control.
- Establish and maintain relevant controls and feedback systems to monitor the operation of wholesale department.
- Reporting to track strategic goals and measure departmental productivity.
- To review performance data that includes financial, sales and duty reports, goal achievement and overall effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business Management or any related discipline
- Min 5 years of wholesales management track record as Wholesale/Retail Manager capacity in similar FMCG, Coffee or Tea industry.
- Possess good people management, leadership skills and manage service recovery and loyalty programs.
- Track record of successfully training, encouraging, motivating and guide the executives to ensure staff KPIs and performance targets are met.
