Admin Customer Service Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Preparing Quotations / Purchase Order / Invoices / Delivery Orders / Data Entry / Filings, etc
- Provide customer service activities, attending to customer's queries and feedback
- Liaise with customer and Engineering department
- Handle daily operation documentation and provide administrative support
- Responsible for arrangement of local and overseas couriers services / air freight / sea freight
- Co-operation with suppliers and forwarder on Incoming & Outgoing shipments
- Prepare minutes in meeting and monthly reports
- Any ad hoc duties required
**Requirements**:
- Minimum GCE 'O' / 'N' / NITEC / Diploma / Degree Level or equivalent with relevant work experiences
- Welcome for Fresh Graduate
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Positive attitude, organized and able to multi-tasks
- Self-motivated, structured, analytical, pro-active, well organized and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Good team player with initiative & self-discipline and able to interact with all levels
- Excellent communication and organization skills
