Operations Executive

Description
The Operations Executive is responsible for supervising multiple teams of supervisors and cleaners in multiple cleaning projects, while ensuring service quality delivery and safety. This includes assisting in planning of cleaning service operations work plans, incident management and managing inventory of the cleaning equipment and materials used in multiple project sites.
The Operations Executive is also required to provide guidance to the supervisors and cleaners and may be assigned to a variety of places which may include indoor and outdoor public places. The Operations Executive is expected to communicate with stakeholders and is physically fit, responsive, able to multi-task and capable of interacting with stakeholders
**Responsibilities**:
- Review outcomes and ensure meeting of service contract delivery
- Communicate with clients and relevant stakeholders
- Staff recruitment & onboarding/ training of new cleaners
- Ensure sufficient equipment is procured/ replenished and maintained for each job site
- Communicate with Team on working schedules
- Ensure service standard is met through regular communication with team members
- Escalate matters to supervisor if required
- Other ad hoc activities as required by supervisor
**Requirements**:
- Min. Diploma/ Degree (in any field)
- 1-3 years of experience in operations managing team
- Experience in facilities management and cleaning services would be an advantage
- Can-do & willing to learn attitude
