An entry-level role for individuals passionate about events. You will assist in the coordination and execution of events, ensuring smooth operations from planning to on-site support. This role is perfect for those who enjoy teamwork.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate and social events from start to finish.
- Manage event logistics including venue, catering, décor, AV setup, and vendors.
- Work with clients/stakeholders to understand event objectives and requirements.
- Prepare event budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
- Oversee on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution.
- Handle event registrations, invitations, and guest management.
- Monitor post-event feedback and prepare reports for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willing to travel when required.
- Creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
- Fresh Grads welcome to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,200.00 per month
