Responsibilities:

- Conducts study on technical specifications, discussing with team members on project update and timeline as well as related planning requirements to expedite authorized purchases that meet requirements under the supervision of senior team members
- Responsible for sourcing and identifying potential service providers for materials and evaluating quotations to ensure they are in line with the required technical and commercial specifications
- Performs technical capability studies (i.e.TBE) with tender project team members, commercial, procurement and etc. to define project specifications for procurement requirements
- Evaluate new vendors and reassess the existing vendors based on the procurement policies to shortlist and recommend vendors for approval into AVL (Material) under the supervision of senior team members
- Liaises with project team members on the procurement of tools, major equipment's and ships systems, reviewing RO upon receipt to control project procurement cost below budget
- Prepares RO, PO, bid evaluation reports, and documentation for procurement activities, ensuring purchase contract has been clearly addressed to the agreed specification requirement, terms, and conditions under the supervision of senior team members
- Organises meetings with vendors, customers, project team members, and classification authorities on PTO to update the status of procurement activities including changes as required before procurement closeout
- Assist the Project Manager/Project Coordinator in taking over the project awarded via kick-off meetings.
- Planning Project Schedule, Forecast, and procurement of materials required for Project to ensure timely completion of Project.
- Attend meetings and coordinate with Project Managers & Clients
- Ensuring that project tools & equipment are updated daily and documentation is properly done.
- Responsible for coordinating projects, ensuring project execution according to specifications and schedules
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- To prepare Project Costing, Purchase orders, Monthly Progress Reports, and Work Completion reports.
- To ensure that the project paper works are properly kept and up to date
- Monitor Manpower & related Expenses used for Individual Projects.
- Provide regular feedback and project status to the Management
- Experience in Marine Shipyard Industry

**Salary**: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per month
