We're looking for talented individuals to join our kitchen team as we prepare to open our doors to the community.

**We’re Hiring**:
**Kitchen Staff & Front of House**

**Requirements**:

- Hands-on experience with Vietnamese dishes.
- Knowledge and strong understanding of Vietnamese food and ingredients.
- Excellent time management abilities.
- Familiarity with SFA sanitation regulations.
- SFA Basic Food Hygiene Course (BFHC) certified.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Head Chef in daily operations.
- Control and direct food preparation processes to maintain high standards and consistency.
- Ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Ensure plate presentation meets the restaurant’s standards.
- Maintain workplace safety and health policies.
- Deliver food from kitchen to table / take away
- Cleaning of tables, floors, kitchen as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Student job

Pay: $1,100.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Early shift
- Late shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Shift system

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Kitchen: 1 year (preferred)
- Front of House: 1 year (preferred)
