**Job Summary**:
The Front of House (FOH) Staff is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, ensuring a smooth dining experience, and maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all guests. This role includes greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Service**:

- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently and professionally.
- Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly to requests.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints politely and effectively.

**2. Operations Support**:

- Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean, well-organized, and properly set up before each shift.
- Refill water, condiments, and cutlery as needed throughout service.
- Clear and reset tables quickly between seatings to maintain smooth flow.
- Support the team during peak hours by assisting with any front-of-house duties required.

**3. Teamwork & Communication**:

- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
- Participate in daily pre-shift briefings to understand menu changes, promotions, or special instructions.
- Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service.

**4. Compliance & Standards**:

- Adhere to hygiene, safety, and service standards as set by the company and local regulations (SFA/NEA).
- Follow all cash handling and POS procedures accurately.
- Ensure personal grooming and uniform standards are maintained at all times.
