As a Motor Accident Claim Executive, your role involves guiding and supporting our clients through the full spectrum of motor accident claims processes and procedures. Your responsibilities include:
- Provide clients with clear explanations of the motor accident claims process, enabling them to make well-informed decisions
- Assist our clients in preparing and submitting accident reports to the General Insurance Association (GIA), ensuring that all necessary documentation, such as Letters of Authorization and discharge vouchers, is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate with surveyors to assess accident-damaged vehicles, finalize repair costs with the surveyor and send the Letter of Demand (LOD) to the insurance company
- Represent clients to prepare and submit repair cost estimates and negotiate with insurers regarding insurance coverage and repair expenses.
- Oversee and handle the accident repairs with mechanics or external vendors
- Keep our clients informed and updated on the progress of their cases.
- Handle all the paperwork, including invoicing for repairs, for both clients and insurers.
- Monitor and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments due from insurers.
- Handle any ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in motor industry
- Knowledge of motor insurance policies and the claims process in Singapore is a must.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
