**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Handle and take in accident reporting and explain the claims process to customers
- Assess the liability and advise customers on the best method to pursue their motor insurance accident claims
- Handle customers to submit claims, follow up and liaise with insurance companies regarding claims;
- Liaise with insurance companies pertaining to motor claims and timely submission of accident reports and all matters relating to motor accident claim
- Manage all accident cars are repaired as scheduled and recommended by surveyors
- Handle Discharge Vouchers/documents are duly approved and signed off by customers before releasing repaired accident cars
- Follow-up with customers regarding claims status and insurance companies for payment of Excess pertaining to own damage claims and issue invoices pertaining to insurance claim
- Strong administrative and coordination qualities
- Assist in answering phones calls
- To perform data entry
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or NITEC / Diploma in Automotive Technology or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in the Automotive industry
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Good working attitude and passion to learn
- Proactive attitude - constantly looking at ways to improve efficiency and job performance
- Team player with self-discipline and willing-to-learn qualities
- Computer literacy skills
- Workplace at Ang Mo Kio area
