To maintain, enhance existing student information system and existing or new satellite system related to student life cycle. The key responsibilities include coordinating with users, vendors and internal resources in the design, development, testing and implementation of the project.
- To be responsible and take ownership to resolve and complete on assigned production issue, system enhancement or new tasks/ project.
- To be responsible for the accurate and complete impact analysis involving upstream and downstream system processes.
- To adhere to resolution and implementation timelines and to achieve SLA as agreed with the business users.
- To document SOPs and FAQs relating to system functions and communicating this to users.
- To provide training/updates to users on system functionalities and business processes.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent with at least 6 years of relevant working experience.
- Knowledge in RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate) and Mobile App would be an added advantage.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Process and system-oriented with an eye for details as well as an analytical mind for implication and impact of new/revised measures.
- Team player, resourceful and agile.
- Able to see big picture.
- Able to organize, multi-task and time manage effectively.
