We are seeking a highly experienced **Senior Business System Analyst**to lead the analysis, planning, and delivery of key technology initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure business needs are translated into effective, secure, and scalable IT solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Business Analysis & Solution Design**
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear solution specifications and user stories.
- Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to support decision-making and solution design.
- Support testing efforts including test case creation, UAT coordination, and defect resolution.

**2. Project Governance & Reporting**
- Support project delivery by aligning business analysis activities with PMO standards.
- Track project milestones, prepare stakeholder reports, and contribute to executive dashboards.
- Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

**3. Technology & Solution Assessment**
- Participate in evaluating IT solutions and conducting architecture and implementation reviews.
- Ensure proposed solutions align with regulatory, security, and business objectives.
- Conduct technical due diligence and risk assessments.

**4. Vendor & Stakeholder Management**
- Engage vendors for product evaluation, pricing discussions, and implementation planning.
- Coordinate communication between business units, IT teams, and vendors.
- Support contract negotiations and vendor performance assessments.

**5. Financial Planning Support**
- Assist in tracking IT project budgets, costs, and vendor invoicing.
- Provide input on resource allocation and cost optimization opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
- 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or enterprise IT environments.
- Deep understanding of business analysis frameworks, project delivery lifecycles, and enterprise IT systems.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated experience with solution evaluation, vendor coordination, and implementation oversight.
- Familiarity with project governance methodologies such as PMO, Agile, or Waterfall.
- Experience with budgeting and cost control for IT projects is a plus.
- Professional certifications such as **CBAP**, **PMP**, **PRINCE2**, or **TOGAF**are advantageous.
