- Build and nurture strong relationships with Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) and High Net Worth (HNW) clients, serving as their trusted advisor in banking and investment matters.
- Achieve annual revenue targets by identifying client needs, recommending appropriate products and services, and executing transactions effectively.
- Proactively seek out and capitalize on business opportunities to increase our client's market share within the private banking sector.
- Provide expert advice on investment products and services, staying abreast of market trends and developments to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Actively engage in prospecting and networking activities to acquire new UHNW/HNW clients, leveraging existing networks and building new ones.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our client's product suite, contributing insights for the development of new products and services to meet client needs.
- Supervise and monitor delegated tasks to ensure quality service delivery and meet client servicing needs effectively.
- Foster partnerships with other departments within our client's organization and third-party entities to maximize business synergies and enhance client experience.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic track record; CFA qualification is advantageous.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Private Banking or related field.
- Demonstrated success in sales and relationship management, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
- Forward-thinking, self-driven individual with a proactive approach to business development.
- Proficiency in investment knowledge and client interfacing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
