More than 2,000 projects from the DoraHacks community have received over $21.5 million in grants and hackathon prizes. DoraHacks.io has around 250,000 active users worldwide. The platform offers hackathons, bounty, quadratic funding, privacy voting, and other community governance/funding toolkits. In addition, over 40 major Web3 ecosystems are currently using Dora infrastructures to fund their open source communities.

**Operation Specialist | Full-time**:

- ** Responsibilities**:

- Familiar with the product's features and functions to draw out user portraits and needs
- Keep communication with users, and answer user questions
- Through community operation on Discord, content operation on Twitter and YouTube to acquire new users and enhance user loyalty
- Regularly conduct user research, collect user needs and feedback in a timely manner, and propose product optimization solutions
- Regularly summarize operation experience, and participate in the optimization of content, products and operating processes
- Engage in the event, content, and user operations of DoraHacks products to achieve user acquisition, growth, and retention
- Participate in the Grant/Hackathon operation of DoraHacks, including editing relevant documents and event introductions, following up project progress, collecting user feedback after the event, following up on task objectives, etc.

**Marketing Specialist | Full-time**:

- ** Responsibilities**:

- Writing Chinese and English promotional articles, and taking on content delivery, community communication and public opinion tracking on designated blockchain media platforms
- Having a sharp awareness of social media hot topics and marketing innovations, continuously producing PR content by original articles/videos/events
- Based on the dissemination features of different social media channels, and the periodical goals of user operations, implementing the dissemination plan, and making adjustments according to the relevant effect
- Creating original high-quality content to improve the fan activeness on Twitter, YouTube, Binance Live, and other social media platforms, increase the number of fans, and reach the user conversion goal
- Focused on the communication of community members, spotting problems in time, making publicity improvements, and tracking daily public opinion
- Tracking operational effects, collecting and analyzing data on user habits and feedback to help make community development strategy, and achieve key operational indicators
- Releasing and monitoring PR articles, according to the publicity needs of overseas mainstream blockchain, financial and technological media, and evaluating relevant advertising effects
- Setting and keeping media archives, expanding and maintaining media resource networkings, regularly analysing media data, and iterating media resources
- **Qualifications**:

- Business proficiency in English and Mandarin(listening, speaking, and writing) and ability to compose English and Mandarin news release
- Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of professional media PR experience, with active thinking and sharp insights into private domain traffic
- Good communication skills, learning capability, adaptability and carrying-out ability
