**Job Description & Requirements**:
The Role
- To provide administrative & secretarial support to the Director including screening of calls, organizing the calendars/diary management, scheduling of meetings, taking minutes, keeping track of appointments with timely reminders, preparing meeting agenda
- Assist Director in relaying messages and work tasks to internal/external parties, follow-up, and sending reminders in an accurate and timely manner
- Organizing travel and preparing travel itineraries, management/handling of correspondences, drafting of replies, attending to guests and visitors
- Preparation of meetings and presentation materials & the like
- Maintaining a proper filing system and proper record keeping
- Any other ad-hoc assignments/projects assigned by Director
**Requirements**:
- Minimum diploma in Secretarial/Administration or equivalent
- At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision, and effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and be able to interact and communicate with all levels of staff
