Associate (Capability & Organisation Development)

**What the role is**
- As an Associate in the Capability & Organisation Development team within the Corporate Development Directorate, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of organisation-level events and initiatives, as well as targeted programmes that contribute towards an engaged and motivated workforce.
**What you will be working on**
- Organise events and initiatives to create a culture of engagement, care and well-being
- Curate and update content on the intranet to keep it up to date and relevant for employees
- Design and organise regular seminars, webinars and innovative learning interventions
- Administer the learning and development functions, including monitoring of training attendance, budget and management reporting
- Provide events management and logistics support for all Capability & Organisation Development programmes
**What we are looking for**
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in organisation development, leadership development, learning & development or related fields
- Strong artwork design, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, and good team player
- Effective project management skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a positive and growth mindset.
- Experience in using digital media tools to create organisation development and learning-related content
