**Job Overview**:
As the **Head of Global Growth & Community**, you will be responsible for driving international user growth, community engagement, and brand expansion. You will lead a multi-functional team across content, paid marketing, community building, and events operations, ensuring strategic execution and measurable impact. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong leadership skills, and deep expertise in scaling crypto, fintech or internet platforms globally.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute **content growth strategies**, leading a team to optimize engagement and reach.
- Oversee **paid advertising campaigns**, ensuring effective ROI-driven user acquisition.
- Build and scale **regional and national communities**, fostering user engagement and brand loyalty.
- Lead **events operations**, designing and executing impactful growth initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align growth efforts with business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- **Proven experience** in a high-growth fintech or internet finance company.
- Strong expertise in **global growth strategies** and **events operations** across multiple regions.
- Experience in **content marketing, paid ads, community building, and event operations**.
- Proven leadership in managing diverse growth teams.
- **Crypto experience is a plus but not required**—a strong fintech background is sufficient.
