**Key Responsibilities**
We are looking for an individual who is experienced and passionate in Ethics & Compliance (“E&C”) areas who is a team player and self-starter and has strong commercial sense to join us in the E&C corporate function as we transform and enhance our E&C programs globally. Individual must be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment across different business lines.
- Support the VP, E&C in creation, refinement and implementation of E&C policies, processes and related responsibilities, of the SATS Group globally.
- Own, manage, administer and champion the SATS Group E&C policies and processes, including code of ethics & conduct, anti-bribery & anti-corruption policies, trade compliance/sanctions, interested person transactions (“IPT”), and other regulatory or compliance matters, as may be applicable.
- Be involved in the planning and conduct of reviews and internal audits on SATS Group’s Anti-Bribery Management System. Work collaboratively with relevant Business Units in preparation of external audits, including ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System certification/ surveillance audits.
- Be involved in managing the portal, database and processes relating to SATS Group’s compliance with its obligations under the SGX Listing Rules, including but not limited to Interested Person Transactions.
- Work with the VP, E&C, and the regional E&C teams in developing and rolling out training materials on E&C topics to stakeholders of various levels.
- Be involved in facilitation and conduct of third party due diligence for purposes of anti-bribery and corruption, trade sanctions, and other applicable areas.
- Manage ad hoc or ongoing projects that E&C is involved in, and any other duties as assigned.

**Key Requirements**
- A recognised degree in Law, Accountancy, Risk Management, Business Management, Finance, or the equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the regulatory or compliance space, specifically in relation to topics such as Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption, Trade Sanctions, IPTs, Conflict of Interests.
- Having experience managing compliance audits, such as the ISO37001 certification or Sapin II audits are an added advantage.
- Be a self-starter, proactive and take ownership in the area of work assigned.
- Portray confidence, able to formulate a considered view and articulate well in presenting to/persuading/advising senior members of the company on E&C’s view.
- High resilience with strong determination to succeed and excel.
- Possess positive learning attitude and be willing to acquire new skills and knowledge in new areas of Compliance.
- Ability to work with the business and business leaders in areas of Compliance concerns.
- Able to work well both independently and in team environment.
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills, and able to deliver clear communications.
- Willing to engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, as the job requires, including members of the Legal & Compliance team in other regions.
- The ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with changing and competing priorities are essential.
