E-commerce Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement online go-to-market sales and marketing strategies for Toyomi household appliances across various e-commerce platforms.
- Plan and execute online campaigns and promotions, including inventory planning and price settings for home and kitchen appliances we carry.
- Collaborate with platform partners to build strong relationships and maximize Toyomi's presence in the digital marketplace.
- Monitor and analyze online performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, and web traffic, and provide regular reports to management.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and customer preferences, and incorporate them into marketing strategies.
- Lead a e-commerce team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work closely with internal teams, such as design and marketing, to coordinate product launches, promotional mechanics, and marketing materials to drive revenue through e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure smooth order fulfillment by collaborating with merchandisers and logistics teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce to drive innovation and continuous improvement in Toyomi's online presence.
- Implement and Optimise Advertising across various popular ad platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Google)
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate inventory management across e-commerce and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Assist in operations and administration matters (e.g. invoices, code/D.O. E.O. creation, packing)
- Ad-hoc assignments and projects as required
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of strong experience in the e-commerce industry
- Experience working with major e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, efficient, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data using tools such as Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms.
- Proven leadership abilities and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong networking and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for e-commerce and digital marketing.
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm, little OT (other than on campaign days only if needed or submission days only if needed).
