**Part Time/ Full Time Admin Assistant with below job scope**:

- Manage daily accounts functions like Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), reconciliation and Fixed Assets Management
- Follow up and process payment for supplier invoices
- Prepare general accounting reports/cash flow
- Ensure all expenses are entered in accounting system on a timely manner
- Assist in month-end closing
- Prepare and compile accurate accounts reports
- Prepare Capacity Report for IMDA
- Other admin ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Assist Company's Director with general task
- Flexible work location (WFH) with office at Raffles Place

**Requirements**:

- Min 3 'O' or 'N' Level Passes
- Able to work 5 Days work week across Singapore
- Meticulous, good time management and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
