Finance Controller & Revenue Manager

Location: Singapore

Reports to: General Manager

A respected and growing player in Singapore’s vibrant food & beverage scene is seeking a dynamic and visionary professional to join our leadership team. We are looking for a highly capable individual with deep experience in the F&B sector, strong commercial acumen, and a track record of team leadership and innovation. Role Summary:
This dual-role position combines strategic financial oversight with tactical revenue optimization. As Finance Controller & Revenue Manager, you will lead financial planning and reporting, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop pricing and revenue strategies to drive top-line growth and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Controlling:

- Manage monthly and annual closing processes and prepare financial statements.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and actuals; perform variance analysis.
- Ensure tax and statutory compliance with Singaporean financial regulations.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Manage cash flow and working capital requirements.

Revenue Management:

- Analyze sales, customer behavior, and market trends to optimize pricing and menu strategies.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to improve revenue per seat and overall profitability.
- Support sales forecasting and promotional planning aligned with peak seasons and events.
- Recommend initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce wastage.
- Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to align revenue strategies with customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in finance roles, ideally within hospitality, F&B, or retail.
- Solid understanding of Singapore’s tax and accounting standards.
- Proven experience in revenue management or business analytics.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial systems (e.g. SAP, Xero, or similar) and Excel.
