We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented **Sales Assistant **to join our team at Speediance Singapore. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in demonstrating and selling our innovative smart home gym equipment to customers. This role requires a passion for fitness technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

**Working Days**: Monday, Tuesday,,Thursday, Friday, Sunday.
**Salary**: $2800 - $3200 per month.

**Job Types**: Full-time (part-time considered).

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist them in understanding the features and benefits of our smart home gym equipment.
- Conduct product demonstrations and trials to showcase how the equipment works and its various functionalities.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, and availability.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on customers’ fitness goals and preferences.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by explaining payment options and financing plans.
- Maintain a neat and organized sales floor, ensuring all products are properly displayed and stocked.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in retail sales, preferably in a fitness or technology-related industry.
- Knowledge and passion for fitness equipment and smart home technology.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Secondary school O'Levels or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
