DESIGNATION : Executive/Senior Executive, Claims & Certificate Admin (3-year contract), SMUA

RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position is for SMU Academy (SMUA).
- Collate training grant claims submission details.
- Check and reconciles the enrollment data with payment schedule.
- Verify and upload required information (e.g. enrollment, attendance and assessment results) onto SSG’s Training Partners Gateway (TPG) platform.
- Provide administrative support and liaise with relevant internal/external stakeholders on training grant claims, audits and reporting matters.
- Issue e-Certificate (modular and full certificate) to participants that successfully completed all course requirement.
- Staff is to perform course support duties mínimally 2-4 times in a year to stay current with the latest operational processes and SOPs of the Academy.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Higher Nitec, Diploma or Degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Must be meticulous, analytical and detail-oriented as he/she is expected to handle significant amount and numbers of training grant claims submission.
- Self-driven, resourceful and adapt to changes well.
- Able to work collaboratively with others.
- Possess good level of written and communication skills.
- Keen on process improvement and efficiency.
- Able to work with data to interpret and generate reports.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to adapt to changes well.
- Familiar with TP Gateway and RPA tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath and Workato will be advantageous.
