The team is looking for a motivated and driven individual to join us as an analyst. This role is an excellent opportunity for a driven and motivated individuals who wants to have a career in venture capital and investment banking.
- Developing research and analysis
- Preparing company presentations and other client materials for use in transactions or strategic client dialog
- Participate in day-to-day deal execution, interacting with team members, client management teams, transaction counterparties and other advisors
- Manage due diligence processes, including preparing virtual data rooms, tracking and coordinating the information flow, and reviewing and analyzing company information
- Degree in Finance / Economics / or any related fields
- Knowledge of corporate finance and accounting, with some experience analyzing company financials
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a dynamic team-oriented environment
- Interest in the sustainability space
- Intellectual curiosity, strong work ethics and desire to learn
- Highly organized, detail oriented and proactive
- Stong communication skills
- Ability to conduct thorough, independent research
- some experience in supporting sourcing, evaluating and executing early stage investments
- 1-3 years work experience which relates to corporate finance, accounting, valuation etc prefered. Experience in the VC/P/E or investment Compliance
