**The opportunity**

We’re looking for our first UX/UI designer. Working closely with the Chief Product Officer, you’ll be responsible for leading the design and development of user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing interfaces for our platform. This opportunity is for individuals who have a deep understanding of user experience principles, with some technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies.

You will partner closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and create designs that meet our clients’ needs. You will also be contributing to sales & marketing collateral design and production.

**You will**:

- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows and mock-ups as needed to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Develop UI/UX prototypes and designs that are both creative and functional
- Utilize user research to design experiences tailored to customer goals
- Collaborate with product managers, developers and other stakeholders throughout the design and implementation process
- Design collateral and graphics for our website and marketing content
- Ensure a consistent look-and-feel across all products through the development of style guides, standards, and best practices
- Stay up to date on industry trends in web technologies, design principles and usability standards

**What we look for**:
**Must haves**:

- 7+ years' relevant experience within UX/UI design.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe XD or Figma.
- Ability to wireframe, prototype and design intuitive user interfaces and journeys.
- Ability to clearly write, structure, label and organise content for a great user experience
- Creativity to find improvements and suggest new product ideas
- Solid portfolio including website design
- Experience working in agile/scrum development process.
- Self-starter with ability to adapt to dynamic, quickly scaling, and spontaneous environments.

**Desirable**:

- Genuine interest in Fintech / financial services industry with some knowledge and understanding of corporate finance / financial markets.
- University degree in Design (or related field) and English language fluency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $7,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
