Your new job includes
- be accountable for managing the SAP System’s data input and integrity, including the generation of necessary reports to support the Team’s decision making.
- maintain and manage the Master Data of all products, including new listings and product information as well as aging and end-of-cycle products, ensuring that the SAP system carries reliable and up-to-date information.
- collaborate with stakeholders within the Heinemann network, including external stakeholders, to ensure consistency in approach and efficiency in terms of operations and workflows.
- assist and support other ad-hoc projects that may be assigned from time to time, including supporting the Team in buying activities and other general administrative tasks.

What you should bring along
- a Diploma in Business, or any related discipline with a practical experience in a Retail or Merchandising function, preferably within the Fashion and Accessories category.
- proficiency in using SAP system and Microsoft Office such as Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- strong communication and with proven ability to build and sustain relationships.
- keen attention to details; an organised, and structured approach when working with data and numbers.
- a pronounced can-do attitude, complemented by the capability to multi-task and the flexibility to handle changing requirements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
