Salt Talent Search is looking for a Litigation Specialist for 12 months extendable role, you will be supporting the Case Management team in APAC in relation and work closely with the eDiscovery team, internal legal teams, technical staff, cross-functional teams, and outside counsel.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handles multiple eDiscovery projects simultaneously and is able to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines with stakeholders.
- Conduct various document searches and factual research.
- Partner with internal teams during the pre-claim investigation and early case assessment phases of active matters as well as through the entire life cycle of a case.
- Partner with internal and outside legal teams to manage matters throughout the lifecycle.
- Support internal teams in driving process improvements and efficiency.
- Act as liaison among various internal departments as well as with outside eDiscovery and managed review vendors and outside counsel.
- Assist with the development of multi-disciplinary structures, policies, procedures, processes and controls implemented to manage information at an enterprise level.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED:

- 5+ years relevant litigation experience in a corporate, law firm, government, or eDiscovery vendor environment.
- Experience in Project Management Software, eDiscovery Software (Relativity and Nuix preferred), Legal Hold (Exterro), Basic Coding capabilities and understanding, (5) Forensic collections of Mobile, Laptop and cloud-related softwares.
- Must have experience on providing written reports and factual findings for Legal team usage. Providing declaration, affidavit, testimony experience is highly sought out for.
- Experience navigating and handling confidential information, as well as working on sensitive and discreet matters.
- Persistent, highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to identify, analyze and solve problems systematically.
- Experience of handling APAC/EMEA markets
- Working knowledge of the Information Governance Reference Model (IGRM) and eDiscovery Reference Model (EDRM).p
