L Beauty is formed from a joint venture between LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics with Luxasia for the distribution and business development of some of its Beauty brands in SEA. The portfolio of L Beauty comprises of Benefit Cosmetics, MAKE UP FOR EVER, Fresh, Guerlain and Givenchy Beauty.

Benefit Cosmetics is looking for a E-Commerce Manager, SEA to take the brand to exciting new frontiers in terms of online selling, recruiting new Gen Z users and bringing to life the brand’s thrilling pipeline of innovative launches at our online sales channels.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for regional Lazada and Zalora negotiations and discussions, with hands-on responsibilities for Singapore and Malaysia e-tailer business
- Direct management of Singapore and Malaysia e-tailer business
- Explore business development/new opportunities (eg. Shopee) to improve overall SEA online business, where applicable
- Formula regional strategies for promos, offers, and sampling, including forecasting support for all e-tail channels for total region
- Monitor monthly performance using marketing analytics (in partnership with local teams) and conduct promo analysis for regional offers, whilst guiding local teams to do the same for their respective businesses
- Support markets to adapt new e-tailer features (ie. Lazada has recently launched Brand Membership) and social commerce
- Spot e-shopping trends early and test new mechanics to gain competitive edge over other brands on Lazada or other e-tailers
- Develop regional sales-driving e-com campaigns, where sales and visibility are regionally negotiated and guaranteed
- Primary focus on marketplace (including pureplayers)
- Review and strengthen overall e-com plans for markets/region to drive overall online business

**Position with Benefit**:

- Reports into Marketing Manager, SEA
- Direct report consist of Assistant E-Commerce Manager, SEA

**Requirements**:

- Comfortable wearing both commercial sales delivery and creative marketing hats
- 3-5 years of experience in e-Commerce with preferably an overall of 4-7 years of Marketing/relevant experience with SEA exposure
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and able to quickly build rapport and trust across country teams and retailer partners
- Confident to independently run retailer meetings, joint business plans and senior management updates on business performance
- Strong analytical skills and actioning data into consumer centric action plans
- Understand the basics of digital marketing and performance marketing
- Willingness to learn and adapt to fast changing e-Comm environment
