**About the Role**

In this opportunity as **Vice President of Sales, Corporates** you will be responsible for the following:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and increase market share in Asia, ANZ, and emerging markets.
- Lead and direct Sales teams to achieve and exceed sales targets, fostering a results-driven culture and providing financial and commercial leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches and market expansion.
- Drive customer-centric decisions, prioritizing investments that drive customer value and satisfaction, and fostering strong executive-level relationships with key stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, understanding the geographical, market, customer, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture, leading and inspiring a diverse team, and fostering an environment of inclusion and excellence.
- Influence strategic decisions as a key member of the Asia and Emerging Markets leadership team, contributing to the development of disruptive solutions and go-to-market strategies.

**About You**

You are a fit for the **Vice President of Sales, Corporates** if you possess the following qualifications and experience:

- Extensive experience in sales leadership roles within large enterprise software organizations, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Strategic view of the Asia & Emerging Markets landscape, including customer and competitive dynamics. Strong understanding within SEA and India is a must, others will be advantageous.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with experience in building high-performance teams, and ability to cultivate a high-energy, high-performance culture within the sales teams.
- Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment, valuing diversity and collaboration, with experience working in highly matrixed environments and strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to create rigor and discipline in each stage of the sales cycle, with operational and commercial management expertise, and experience in driving pipeline, conversion, and closure across markets.
- Strong relationships with large enterprise corporations across the region, with experience selling SaaS solutions to CFO, CIO, and CTO groups.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills, with ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth and market expansion.
