**Position Description**

This role will provide support to the Group Finance Director in terms of operational activities as well as secretarial and administrative functions. Will also be responsible for assisting the preparation, and documentation of financial analysis projects and reports.

**Reporting Relationships**

Reports directly to Group Finance Director and indirect report to AVP (Group Corporate Finance).

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to the Group Finance Director in terms of operational activities as well as secretarial and administrative function.
- Also responsible for providing support and assistance to the Group Corporate Finance team in collating business data and assist in the preparation of monthly management reports.
- Assist in the research and gathering of information for ad hoc projects and analysis.
- Assist with administrative duties within the Group Corporate Finance department.
- Any other duties as and when deemed necessary by the Company.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- At least a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience relating to secretarial, admin and business or financial analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Meticulous, organised, and comfortable working with data.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
