WINGS THERAPY AND LEARNING CENTER (WINGS), Asia’s first AND only intensive therapy centre is seeking **highly motivated FITNESS SPECIALISTS **to join its EXCITING, VIBRANT AND DYNAMIC team.

We are seeking outgoing and upbeat fitness/sports coaches to work with children, teenagers, and young adults with physical disabilities.

In this role, you will assess, plan, evaluate, and provide safe therapies for special needs populations aged 5 to 25 years old. This includes designing individual fitness routines, setting goals, and engaging with the special needs communities in enjoyable and stimulating ways. Training in WINGS signature ground-breaking programmes will be provided.

This role is exclusively open to trainers and coaches with **a genuine passion for enhancing the lives of special needs individuals from childhood through to young adulthood.**

**Responsibilities**
- Assess the physical and health conditions of patients, create appropriate exercise plans, and monitor their progress.
- Support and assist physiotherapists in the administering of therapy treatments to patients.
- Manage and supervise various sports programmes for patients.
- Motivate patients during treatment to help them function optimally as well as improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Founded in 2017, WINGS is Singapore’s first intensive therapy centre to offer transformative therapies such as Pediatric Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Early Intervention, Suit Therapy (NeuroSuit and TheraSuit Method®), Spider Cage Therapy, Universal Exercise Unit, Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI), Cuevas Medek Exercises® (CME), Intensive Gait Training with LiteGait, Robotic Gait Training with Trexo Robotics, Task Specific Electrical Stimulation (TASES), Vibration Therapy with Galileo, Autism Fitness and Sports for The Special Child.
