The Excavation (EXD) Operations department at Caterpillar is currently looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Supply Chain Planning Analyst. This role will be accountable for supporting the Design and Execution performance of End-to-End Value Chain

**JOB DUTIES**:

- Responsible for performing work to achieve corporate supply chain performance targets focused on inventory reduction, increased inventory turns and improved order-to-delivery results.
- This position focusses on Value Stream Mapping, Continuous Improvement ideas implementation, change management activities as new supply chain processes are deployed or replicated to other facility(s)
- Performs Analytical, Tactical, hands-on work with other Supply Chain functions, cross functional Teams (Internal and External) to drive supply chain & Logistics improvements.
- The incumbent analyses supply chain constraints and deploys Root Cause corrective action.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university related to Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent experience, is required.
- Open to graduates with no more than 2 years of supply chain related job experience preferred.
- Independent self-starter
- Flexibility and adaptability for uncertain matters
- Good at building relationships, presentation skills and written communication

Minimal Travel Required (5% - 15% working time)
