What we’re looking for:
Looking for a senior business analyst with a proven track record in improving on-time delivery while simultaneously improving inventory turns, preferably in the semiconductor industry. This person will define and implement business process changes and define system enhancements. He/she will then lead the effort to increase adoption of supply plans generated in o9 supply chain planning solutions. Silicon Labs is a $1 Billion fab-less semiconductor company with manufacturing operations throughout Asia. This position is to be based in our Singapore operations headquarters.

Skills you’ll need:

- Investigate supply chain problems, find root causes, and develop solutions.
- Use analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and enhance supply chain processes.
- Work with key business process owners to define and document current enterprise planning business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Act as internal champion to “sell” process improvements throughout the organization.
- Evaluate product changes and their impact on long-range systems roadmap.
- Define requirements for enterprise supply chain planning software.
- Work with IT team to define the implementation roadmap for the selected software platform.
- Ability to configure/code supply chain solutions.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

- 5 or more years of experience using enterprise supply chain planning systems.
- 5 or more years of experience leading product and factory planning functions is preferred.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization.
- Excellent organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience developing and implementing planning solutions such as i2, Kinaxis RapidResponse, o9, blue yonder, SAP IBP or Adexa.

**Education**:

- BS/MS in Information Systems, Computer Systems, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or Supply Chain related field preferred.
