Executive, Hospital Operation

**We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Hospital Operations Executive to join our team
**About the Role**:
In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our hospital. You will wear many hats, handling various aspects including core hospital operations, event management, special projects,patient services, and vendor evaluation.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Hospital Operations**:Develop, implement, and monitor processes to optimize operational efficiency across different departments.
Analyze hospital data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Maintain and update hospital policies and procedures.
Liaise with various departments (e.g., nursing, medical staff, administration) to ensure seamless collaboration.
- **Event Management**:Organize and manage internal and external hospital events (e.g., health fairs, conferences, staff training).
Develop event budgets, timelines, and logistics.
Secure necessary permits and approvals.
Oversee event execution and ensure attendee satisfaction.
- **Special Projects**:Take initiative and lead on assigned special projects to improve hospital operations or services.
Conduct research, analyze data, and present recommendations to senior management.
Manage project timelines and budgets.
- **Patient Services**:Identify opportunities to enhance the patient experience.
Assist in resolving patient concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- **Vendor Evaluation**:Research and evaluate potential vendors for various hospital supplies and services.
Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to agreements.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital setting or relevant field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff,patients, and vendors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hospital information systems (a plus).
