Telenor Procurement Company (TPC), established in 2017 and headquartered in Singapore, operates as a subsidiary of the Telenor Group. We deliver Global Category Management as a service to the Telenor Business Units, taking full responsibility for the end-to-end Sourcing process and performance of global spend categories. Functioning as one Global Procurement team across all Telenor markets, we enable Telenor’s strategic ambitions by becoming a centre of expertise in the pursuit of efficient operations. TPC seeks qualified procurement professionals that are comfortable working in a global setup in the fast-paced Telecom field.

**About the role**:
As Head Digital Procurement you will be responsible for ensuring the development of procurement system vision & digital strategy for TPC, as well as securing efficient and world-class P2P transactional operations.

**Your main responsibilities will include**
- Mapping the needs for TPC related to supporting procurement technologies, systems and tools to develop, maintain and execute on.
- Accountable to maintain the Procurement Technology system strategy and digital roadmap, targets, planning and follow up.
- Accountable for technical requirements and alignment with relevant internal procurement, Telenor business units, non-controlled Telenor entities and external stakeholders from a TPC perspective
- Acting as a key stakeholder towards external customers, suppliers and partners
- Accountable for ensuring performance and quality of procurement systems used or delivered by TPC
- Anchoring and aligning digital strategy with necessary stakeholder (e.g Group Technology and BUs)
- Proactive follow-up on procurement system performance and quality
- Ensuring an efficient operation of the P2P transactional team with necessary controls
- Managing implementation partners from a technical perspective
- Managing direct reports, set performance measures and ensure stable team performance
- Challenging status quo and develop new ways of work to support the transformational journey
- Understanding the industry trend - development from a system point of view

**Profile**

**Educational & Experiences requirements**:

- Have minimum a bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field is required.
- Have 7-10 years work experience preferably within Procurement and/or Finance
- Be well versed in Agile methodologies and ITIL/ITSM framework.
- Have experience with direct reports hiring and development
- Have experience handling large, outsourced teams remotely
- Be a clear communicator, both written and oral
- Be a change driver, you influence instead of mandating, you create pull instead of push
- Have experience with large projects implementation, preferably with P2P systems
- Deep understanding of the procure-tech landscape
- Hands on experience in building cloud analytics (databricks, bigquery, etc...)
