**The role**:
The Regional Head of Procurement, reporting directly to the Commercial and Compliance Director, will head up the vendor management team with Anytime Fitness Asia. Your role will require you to work closely with each vendor coordinator in our eight markets, oversee the vendor vetting, and ensure vendor rebates are collected on time.

The role will also be required to support the CCD by identifying any revenue-raising or corporate saving initiatives.

**Day-to-day will include**:

- Managing local Vendor coordinators in each market.
- Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective. Contribute to the development of more efficient methods for the streamlining of purchase, payment, and rebate processes as well as refining policies for Procurement and expenses
- Managing the vendor rebate process and ensuring any fees are paid on time.
- Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors that will support our ATF network
- Research and compare suppliers and bulk buying opportunities to benefit the franchisee network
- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
- Manage relationships with preferred suppliers and vendors to ensure continuous contractual agreements can be maximized
- Issue management,including debt, incidents, and disputes
- Consult with key stakeholders (e.g., franchisees, franchise support staff, club dev, LIVIT, and CCD) in the development and implementation of a global procurement strategy
- Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure ongoing feasibility.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Work with legal to do risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
- Monthly tracking and reporting up regarding vendor rebates or any other reports required by the CCD and SLT.
- Stakeholder Management _
- Manage strong relationships with clients and all stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the Franchisees
- Assist the DCC in developing strategies and processes throughout the business to improve performance as required
- Liaise with other shares services including Compliance and Property on key initiatives
- Attend annual conferences to source sponsorship revenue from key suppliers, manage onsite tradeshows, and source gift item

**Experience & About You**:
Excellent English is written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- The ability to build strong relationships with a myriad of stakeholders
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and advanced Excel)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Effective time management and organizational skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines
- High personal and professional standards of work
- The ability to create and implement new policies and processes for Procurement to enable value improvement
