Project Director-scaffolding

Manage the entire scaffolding team and to expand the scaffolding services thereby increase the department’s revenue. - "Manage and plan all the Scaffolding Material resources for the whole Scaffolding team including Insulation / Painting activities for all projects, Third Party Projects + Maintenance. Fully accountable to manage all Scaffolding Projects" - "Do Sales, Marketing/BD works to increase the Revenue - Contact potential clients to establish potential opportunities and rapport" - Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and engage potential new clients, build and maintain strong relationships with client’s network of construction equipment rental and sales. - Service existing client base. Serve as the primary customer interface, building and sustaining strategic relationships with existing and potential customers. - Understand market trends and changing customer needs to plan sales strategies & build new opportunities. - Involve in coordinating inter-department activities to meet project deadlines. - Responsible for effective sales strategies to surpass business targets. - To increase company profitability and create profit growth opportunities, standardize and optimize operating costs. - To drive an uncompromising culture of safety and quality throughout Project Operations workforce and lead by example. - Provide daily supervisory surveillance checks and records, including all subcontracted works, to ensure safe working conditions and permit procedures, protective equipment, experienced / qualified supervision and manpower, with reliable, well maintained equipment to execute the contracted works as per contract schedule and targets. - Attend construction progress meetings (daily, weekly, monthly) to monitor and report progress and provide support as required - Lead and prepare all tender costing & prepare project budget for the awarded projects. - Ensuring that all works proceed within budget parameters" - Manage and Provide input to the site progress reports and monthly reports (per project, per asset, per construction team as required) - hours expended, % progress complete, Plan vs Actual, forecast to go, etc. - Ensure that all works are executed in a Safe manner, in compliance to Clients' requirements. - Represent company in incident/accident investigations (together with relevant project team personnel) - with respect to related issues - Represent company ‘on-call’ services for 24/7 support to the all awarded projects, especially on Mainteance services. - The overall control and implementation of Contractual Procedures to ensure that all delays and extensions to scope are properly managed and documented for later Contractual Claims - *Job Type**: Contract - *Education**: - **Experience**: - Minimum 20 years Experience in Sacaffolding sector as Top management, Sacffold Safety Supervisor, Supervisor, Manager or Senior Management. - **Oil and gas industry: 5 years (preferred)**: - **SIP MANAGER: 10 years (preferred)**: - Must have all the following certification: - Metal Scaffold Errection course - Supervision of Metal Scaffold errection Course - Meatl Scaffold Erection (Tubular Scaffold) - Signalling For Lifting Operation - Lifting supervisors Safety Course - Work at height course for supervisors - Work at height course for Assessors - Building Construction Supervisors safety course - Advanced certificate in Workplace safety and health - Oil/Petrochemical Industry Safety Course for Supervisors - **Must Have Class3/Class4 Preferred**: - Knowledge of Mandarin/Bangladesh/Indian dialects is essential.
