eports to HOD for day to day progress of scaffolding erection, modification, re-erection, dismantling activities for the project. - Carrying out site supervision of erection, re-erection, modification and de-staging activties. - Monitot and update daily activties & progress and manpower reports anfd feedback any lacks to HOD/PJM - Responsible for daily and weekly plan for all staging activties. - Close coordination with foremen/labor/subcontractor for labor, equipment and resources. - Monitor, anticipates possible shortage of materials. - Plans weekly progress and record the percentage achieved. - Keeps records of work done. - Responsible to promote and maintain Quality and Safety. - Responsible to ensure the "Standard and Procedures" for each discipline are known to all team members and strictly adhered to. - Gather and study all data/ information for the projects such as scope of works, client specifications and project schedules. - Direct involvements and supports of safety controls to wokrers at all times
