**Responsibilities**
- Estimation of cost with guidelines for sheet metals and processes; comprising Aluminium, Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, brackets and structural steel fabrication.
- Procurement quantities take off.
- Progress Claims preparaton and management.
- Assist in material planning and procurement activities.
- Prepare quotations and delivery orders in ERP system.
- Issue drawings to production and liaise with internal departments.
- Handle customer enquiries.
- Filling of records and documents.
- Other ad hoc admin duties assigned.
- 5 days work week.
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in project or fabrication estimation.
- 2-3 years relevant experience in construction industry, preferably in external building facades is an advantage.
- Proficiency in visualising/interpreting facade shop and manufacturing drawings.
- Knowledge in MS Office.
- Willing to learn and possess good responsibilities. Training will be provided for those with basic experience.
