**Position: Quantity Surveyor cum Admin**
- Working days: 5 Days work week
- Mon to Fri - 9 to 6 pm
- Location: Woodlands Gambas Ave
- Salary: $2000 - $3900

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Building Construction, Quantity Survey or its equivalent
- At least 2 years’ experience in representing the Main Contractor / Sub contractor for building projects.
- Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration & variation orders
- Able to work with colleagues and managers
- Ability to converse in mandarin is a plus

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off.
- Involve in tendering of projects, able to do measurement and cost estimation for tender & quotation.
- Able to provide cost and material estimates, drawing up the projected budgets, and work alongside a team, noting any design changes and their effect on cost.
- Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Provide administration & documentation for project in tender preparation, evaluation of claims & contract administration.
- Other quantity surveying related duties.
