**About the Role**:
Join a globally recognized entertainment brand that produces and distributes **popular trading card games and merchandise**across the world. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Logistics Executive**to manage our end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring smooth coordination between our internal teams, distributors, and 3rd party logistics partners.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced, multi-regional logistics and wants to grow with a creative and collaborative team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the **Sales Team**to plan and schedule deliveries for new product launches and restock shipments
- **Manage import/export operations**for finished goods and raw materials
- Coordinate with local and overseas **warehouses**for picking, packing, and shipping
- Oversee **inventory accuracy**, cycle counts, and disposal processes
- Liaise with **3rd party logistics providers**to obtain quotes, evaluate costings, and ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Support **Events Team**by shipping promotional materials and merchandise
- Handle **courier shipments**, including pick and pack activities
- Monitor **logistics partners’ performance**, billing accuracy, and service levels
- Prepare and share **product availability reports**with internal stakeholders bi-weekly
- Participate in **internal and external audits**related to inventory and logistics
- Continuously seek opportunities to **improve internal logistics processes**and reduce costs

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in **Logistics, Supply Chain Management**, or relevant discipline
- **1-2 years**of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or customer service
- Strong understanding of **import/export procedures**, **Incoterms 2020**, and **Harmonised Codes**:

- Team player with strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and proficient in **Microsoft Office**and courier/warehouse platforms
- Proactive with a positive, improvement-focused mindset
- Open to occasional **warehouse duties**and support on **weekends/public holidays**for company events
- Able to work effectively with **regional and international partners**

**Good to Have**:

- **Class 3 / 3A Driving License**:

- Familiarity with the **trading card game**or pop culture merchandise industry
