We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team at SS&C. The BDR will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through prospecting and lead qualification. This is a critical role that requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a strong work ethic.

Your Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound prospecting, lead qualification, lead generation, and sales (SaaS experience a plus, but not required)- Track record of exceeding (meetings) quota targets- Experience qualifying leads or selling enterprise grade (Cloud, AI, ML) software is highly desirable- Passion for Blue Prism and a strong drive to navigate large, complex organizations to share your knowledge about the productYour Responsibilities:- Qualify inbound leads and assess their needs to determine their suitability for our products and services.- Build and maintain relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups and nurturing.- Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate interest and generate qualified leads.- Conduct market research to identify potential industry trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for business growth.- Utilize sales tools and technology, such as SalesLoft and SalesForce, to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.- Participate in sales meetings and provide input on strategies to improve sales processes and achieve revenue targets.- Stay updated with industry knowledge and product offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly performance metrics and targets for lead generation and qualification.
