Queenstown, Singapore Singapore Centre for Chinese Language (SCCL) Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in conducting market research and analysis to create marketing initiatives for promoting the training programmes and learning activities to be offered.
- Assist in managing sales, transition and delivery of the Centre’s training programmes and learning activities to be offered.
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
- Develop and organize materials for the promotion of the training programmes and learning activities to be offered.
- Produce marketing collaterals for various marketing channels.
- Managing the database of clients and provide analysis and reports as and when required.
- Maintain accurate records of clients’ contact base and perform effective database analysis.
- Ensuring smooth onboarding process of new clients etc.
- Assist in Finance report for incomes and expenditures incurred in the overseas ventures.
- Assist in organization of events and campaigns.
- Any other duties as assigned by immediate Supervisor and Executive Director.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Chinese, with a flair for negotiation, to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates
- Possess good interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Resourceful and attentive to details.
- Relevant experience in Education industry will be an added advantage.
- Competent in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Powerpoint.
- May be required to undertake a few overseas business trips per year.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $3,000.00 per month
