Singapore MOL (ASIA OCEANIA) PTE. LTD. Full time

**Job Purpose**:
1. Perform for business development other than conventional shipping business including Green Business.

2. Affiliate company management in East/Southeast Asia and Oceania area.

**(Business Development)**

1. New business development activities (including the business support)

Business Category:

- Offshore wind
- Decarbonization related business other than above (Ammonia, hydrogen, synthetic methane etc.)

Region:

- Southeast Asia and Oceania

2. Collecting of Information in the target region and report to Senior management.

3. Work in close cooperation with members in charge of business development.

4. Review and analysis of opportunities (business continuity, profitability, etc.)

5. Estimate vessel’s CAPEX/OPEX to start commercial negotiation with possible client.

6. Ad hoc as assigned by superiors and management (preparation of reports, investigation, etc.)

**(Affiliate company management in East/South East Asia & Oceania Area)**

1. Budget control (Budget/Result)

2. Service fee payment management and support

3. Confirmation of Periodical Reporting Documents

4. Preparation of the necessary documents

5. Smooth operation of the business in cooperation with headquarter in Tokyo, Japan.

6. Execution of necessary procedures established by the head office (written approval, etc.) and confirmation and instruction of corresponding procedures at the local subsidiaries

7. Close collaboration and information sharing within the team

**Job Requirements**:
1. Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification

2. Minimum 10 years working experience

3. Maritime background with sea service is preferred

4. Good interpersonal skills, accountable, initiative and willingness to learn,

5. Good team player with positive working attitude

6. Good ability of logical thinking and explanation to others.

7. Time-management abilities, fast learner, meticulous, detail oriented and able to work independently

8. Good skills of Microsoft products, at least Word/Excel/PowerPoint and other Office 365 tools.

9. Experience in Japanese company is preferrable.

10. Experience in shipping industry is preferrable.

11. Basic Knowledge of decarbonization and new energy. (ex. Offshore wind power, Ammonia, Hydrogen).

(Business Development)

12. Presentation skill is required.

13. asic Project management skill is required.

14. Basic profit control skill is required. Preferable in Shipping area.

(Affiliate company management in East/South East Asia & Oceanian Area)

15. Basic knowledge of accounting, incl. PL/BS/Cashflow.

16. Experience in accounting or foreign entity is preferable

17. Experience to manage local subsidiaries is preferable.

18. Basic knowledge of company management, including management of AGM(Annual General Meeting), shareholder meeting, change of director, internal audit, financial audit.

19. Familiar with accounting rule not only in Singapore, but also IFRS.

20. Good supporting attitude for subsidiaries.
