Clinical Application Specialist Robotic Surgical

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence for surgical robotic systems.
- Leverage your in-depth understanding of surgical procedures and medical technology to effectively communicate the benefits of robotic solutions to surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital administrators.
- Engage with potential customers through consultative selling techniques, identifying their needs and aligning the robotic solutions to address specific surgical challenges.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the capabilities of the surgical robotic systems to both small and large groups.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing decision-makers, to drive long-term partnerships.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback, providing valuable insights to the product development and marketing teams.
- Provide training and support to clinical staff on the proper utilization of the surgical robotic systems, ensuring optimal performance and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and customize sales collateral, including brochures, presentations, and case studies, to effectively communicate the value proposition of the products.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities within the CRM system.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, clinical support, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
- This role may require frequent travel to hospitals, surgical centers, and medical conferences within the assigned territory.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record of successful medical sales or clinical experience, preferably within the field of surgical technology or medical devices.
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, medical terminology, and healthcare practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them to a non-technical audience.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
