**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency and excellence in execution and presentation.
- Prepare dishes in line with established recipes, techniques, and plating standards that reflect Willow’s culinary philosophy.
- Contribute to menu development through thoughtful input on new dishes, seasonal ingredients, and modern interpretations of Asian cuisine.
- Maintain a high level of mise en place readiness, ensuring efficiency and precision during service.
- Uphold the highest standards of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and organization, ensuring compliance with all health regulations.
- Assist in managing ingredient quality, stock rotation, and procurement of premium produce from trusted suppliers.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting teamwork, respect, and a culture of learning within the kitchen.
- Demonstrate initiative and professionalism under pressure, maintaining composure during high-volume or high-profile services.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a **fine-dining or Michelin-starred restaurant**, ideally with exposure to Japanese or Contemporary Asian cuisine.
- Strong technical foundation in modern and traditional cooking methods, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining consistency and precision.
- Deep respect for ingredients, seasonality, and the art of presentation.
- Culinary diploma or equivalent professional certification preferred.
- A team player with a disciplined, humble, and growth-oriented mindset.
