As a Senior BIM Technician, you will play a key role in shaping the CAD/BIM capabilities of our Structures team by working closely with senior leadership. You’ll lead BIM delivery for structural projects, ensuring technical excellence and model coordination across disciplines. Your expertise in advanced BIM software will drive the creation of high-quality digital models that align with design standards, project timelines, and client expectations.

**The Opportunity**
- Manage the structural BIM delivery across projects, ensuring alignment with standards, schedules, and quality benchmarks.
- Lead coordination workshops to identify and resolve design clashes across disciplines.
- Define modeling strategies and develop workflows that promote project efficiency and collaboration.
- Create and manage 3D BIM models from 2D information using software such as Revit, integrating multiple drawing sets.
- Mentor junior staff, support QA/QC reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement in digital practices.

**Is this role right for you?**
- A minimum of 6 years' experience with a strong technical background in CAD/BIM and a working knowledge of structural engineering principles.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and BIM360, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality models and drawings.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills, particularly in BIM clash detection and project delivery
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of a project team.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for quality, digital innovation, and continuous professional development.
