**Key Responsibilities**

**1. BIM & CAD Drafting**:
Prepare and develop 2D and 3D models using CAD and Revit, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements and timelines.

**2. Regulatory Compliance**:

Assist Senior Technical Associate(s) in project documentation, drawing production, and coordination tasks.

**4. Government Submissions**:
Facilitate the submission and collection of drawings and related documents to and from Government Authorities.

**5. Drawing Preparation**:
Assist in printing, organizing, and updating drawings for office reference, client presentations, or submission purposes.

**6. Drawing Review**:
Support Architects and Associates in reviewing submission and working drawings for accuracy, consistency, and compliance.

**Technical Skills**

**1. Software Proficiency**:
Competent in CAD (AutoCAD) and BIM software (Revit).

**2. Building Codes**:
**3. Detail-Oriented**:
Strong attention to detail in technical drawing review and documentation.

**Education and Experience**

**1. Qualification**:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Building Design, or a related technical discipline.

**2. Experience**:
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting or BIM modelling preferred.

**3. Software Skills**:
Familiarity with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD required; knowledge of document control or project collaboration tools is an advantage.
