**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain accurate 3D models using BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD).
- Generate detailed construction drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models.
- Coordinate and integrate models from different disciplines (architecture, structure, MEP).
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to resolve model-related issues and conflicts.
- Conduct clash detection and model audits to ensure design integrity.
- Ensure models comply with company and project-specific BIM standards.
- Support BIM Manager in implementing BIM execution plans and workflows.
- Update and maintain BIM libraries and content.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to design coordination.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proficient in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit.
- Knowledge of BIM standards and protocols (e.g., ISO 19650, PAS 1192).
- Understanding of construction methods and detailing.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
