We are seeking an experienced Senior Building Information Modelling (BIM) Executive to join our team in Singapore. As a Senior BIM Executive, you will play a key role in managing and executing BIM projects in the built environment, ensuring the seamless integration of 3D models, coordination, and technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage BIM 3D related projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of project milestones.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth execution.
- Develop, implement, and manage BIM Execution Plans, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project requirements.
- Work independently and efficiently, attending project meetings to discuss technical details and resolve any challenges.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all team members adhere to the BIM standards.
- Ensure proper documentation of BIM processes, procedures, and technical issues for continuous improvement.

**Minimum Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**:Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.
- **Experience**:Minimum 4 years of working experience in BIM 3D related projects.
- **Software Skills**:Proficient in Microstation and AutoCAD platforms.
- **Technical Knowledge**:Strong understanding of BIM execution plans, development, and integration methods, as well as the limitations of various BIM software tools.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in resolving technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively attend meetings and collaborate with diverse teams.
