As their Regional Manager Asia, you will manage all activities to increase customer success for existing customers while expanding their market in the region. They are now establishing an office in Singapore to exceed customer expectations and continue the growth journey in Asia.
You will get the opportunity to build the office and hire your own team.
Eye-share changes the purchasing and accounting functions as we know them today. They are revolutionizing Purchase2Pay processes by automation, improving control and compliance.
They are growing fast and are establishing a Singapore office to reach their ambitious goals. Their ambitious goals will not be met by groundbreaking / frontier-breaking technology alone. As the Regional Manager Asia, you will ensure customers' success with the use of Eye-share solutions by understanding and identifying opportunities, as well as presenting and demonstrating their solutions. The position requires a high level of activity test, curiosity combined with business understanding and the ability to juggle many balls simultaneously. This is a hybrid role that includes both customer service and sales.
The Singapore office will be based on Customer Success Management so the local team will consist of enthusiastic Advisors, Techies and Support resources. It is expected that the Regional Manager Asia recruits and manages the team with assistance from the HQ in Norway.

**Qualifications and experience**:
- They believe you may have experience from one or multiple of the following job types:
- Experience with sales or advisory within ERP, Accounting or Purchasing systems
- Experience with solution selling/advisory to management / C-Levels
- Genuine IT interest and a good understanding of IT

- Excellent communicator
- Customer and solution-oriented
- High service levels, flexible, but structured
- Loves to cooperate and achieve goals individually and in/with a team
- Great sense of humour, loves a good laugh and personality who actively contributes positively
